Remembrance...

Remembrance…. the act of recollection or remembering something from the past, but how does one remember? Is it possible to have selective memories when remembering past events?

Perhaps while that may be possible individually, nations should never forget those that fought as one and gave their lives for another nations democracy, freedom and peace. Never forget the individual sacrifice, cost to families and nations that contributed to the final victory.

A life is a life, regardless of country, citizenship, #heritage and nationality.

We will do well to educate tomorrows generation about ALL who sacrificed their lives to defend freedom and humanity, but more importantly to remind them that just as wars are started by a single human individual ideology, collectively as humans there is nothing peace and love cannot conquer.
